Express Entry 'Work Experience Calculation'

Dear All
I will be really appreciate if someone could clarify, how many years work experience I could claim. My experience last 10 years are as below
Employer 1: 15 months (Permanent)
Contracting
Employer 2: 17 Months (Permanent)
Contracting
Employer 3: 18 Months (Permanent)
Contracting (Present)
I was running my own Ltd company and was doing contract work. My question, Could I claim 3+ years work experience on my permanent jobs as HR on all employer are willing to issue Reference letter.

You can claim 3 years of foreign work experience as long as those positions were full-time (30 hours per week) and NOC 0,A or B.
