EXPRESS ENTRY WITHOUT FSW SINP

Hello,
I am confused between EE & FSW AND SINP .
My first question is about EE & FSW. Are both integrated or separate processes? If I score 6+ bands in IELTS and my CRS is say 300, but my FSW score is 65, then what? Can I still apply under EE process? Please explain.
2. Similarly, after creating my EE profile, do I have to create SINP profile separately? What if my occupation is in level A of NOC, but the same is not in the OID list of SINP?
3. My wife's EE CRS is 315, FSW - 69 and her occupation is also in OID list of SINP. So in her case, should she create two separate SINP profiles? Because I want to take chance in SINP without job offer program for any of us couple.

Detailed explanation would be appreciated.
thanks

For Express Entry - FSW, to be eligible to even apply you need 67 points so with 65 you are not eligible. If your wife has 69 points then she is eligible as the primary applicant and you can be added as accompanying. You create one profile with Express Entry. What is your score for Saskatchewan using their points system? Do you have family in the province?

EE is a program to apply for PR and FSW is one of the three streams under EE. If you are eligible for FSW (67/100 points) then you apply for it through EE. You will be selected based on CRS score. Currently to need 470+ as CRS score. Each province has its own nomination that give 600 points to applicants for who the province nominates. SINP is a different process and you need to apply for it separate from the federal program. Some provinces select directly from express entry accounts for nomination. But from what I understand you need to apply directly. Search the forum for sinp process

Thank you. My SINP is 61. I don't have any relatives in Sk.

Not knowing if your NOC was selected in the SINP draws but your score is well below the current scores (last two draws were 82, and then some at 68).
