Express entry without a spouse

Hi
I hope you’ll be able to help. I submitted my initial application with my spouse as accompanying this was a mistake (iI was rejected) I now want to reapply with her as ,unaccompanying, will this be an issue? My profile has always indicated this I just made a genuine mistake in my first application.

Why was it rejected? Not enough points? You can make them not accompanying, but note that it will be difficult to add or sponsor them later.
