Express Entry - withdrawal money from bank after eAPR

All,

I had a query regarding the withdrawal of money from bank after AOR. If you have only one bank account for POF and then after receiving AOR, can you withdraw money from that account temporarily? Also, can the IRCC officials directly access your bank account during the process to know the current balance when they work on your file?
