Express entry with valid work permit but expired visa

My visa expired on 1 Sept but I have a valid work permit (extended). I m currently in eAPR and I will be submitting my docs. Would it be a problem from PR pov if I upload the page which has the expired visa?

No issues if visa has expired. You can proceed with your PR application.
