Express Entry with Letter of Completion

I am a potential Express Entry applicant. I have some tuition fee due at my university here in Canada and thus they are holding onto my degree.

I have been working at a company for the past 2 years though on pgwp.

I was wondering what documents would I need to apply for Express Entry under Canadian Education. Please guide, thanks.

You need to pay off your tuition in full so that the university will officially issue your degree if you want to claim points for that degree or apply for PR based on that degree.
