Express entry with full family

I would like to migrate with my family in canada, currently am working in uae and my wife also, am working as a foreign curreny cashier in a exchange house in uae. My wife working as a registered nurse in hospital, i have 6years experience in finance sector ,and my wife have 3 years of experience in nursing job. Both are completed bachelor degre in indian university ,its three year program after our higher secondary study's. I would like to put my wife as a primary applicant ,because she have B. Sc nursing degree IN nursing , Am planing to accompanied with mY 6 month child also, we are preparing ielts now , hope my wife will get
L 8 r 7 w 7 s 7 which mean CLB 9
And WES also under process and i have one one cousin in canada who already have pr, so pls tell we cold break CRS score barricades.
Kindly guide us because its our dream to be there

With B.Sc, the CRS score will be lesser even if you get CLB 10. However, you can apply under Nova Scotia PNP program which has NOC 3012 in demand as Nurse.
