Hi Everyone,
I have a quick and i think a simple question. I am currently here on a working visa and would like to apply for PR through the Express Entry program. I want to include my common-law partner in the application. If I get selected from the pool and my PR will start to be processed I will have an implied status right? Does this mean my common law partner will have the exact same rights as me? Meaning and implied status? Also, if my PR gets finilised, is he going to get the PR at the same time as me?
Thanks a lot for your answers!

Pre-Assessed..
You only get implied status if you apply for a BOWP before your work permit expires.

There is no automatic implied status just for applying for PR. You'll both get PR if he/she is included in your application.

Thanks. We will apply for PR before the visas expire-around 7 months before. I just want to make sure that he will get PR at the same time as me?
