Express entry with bachelors degree

I have Indian passport and staying in United States with student visa. I'm graduating in this December 2016. I have 2-3 years of work experience in India. Can I apply for express entry with my bachelor's degree and work experience ? I have scored 7 in IELTS

Yes. As long as your work experience is within NOC O,A or B.

I doubt any work experience before your bachelor's degree will be considered as experience that is mandatory to be eligible for EE.

I think, OP's experience will be counted and he should be able to claim the points... provided his choice of NOC doesn't require Bachelor's degree...

Edited: I check another post by OP, he is pursuing Masters in US, it seems his experience (in India) is after he earned Bachelor's, so he is good...

Tell me, I have completed my bachelors in software engineering in 2013, I have three years of experience since then. I completed my Masters in Software engg in Oct-2017. Can I claim points both for masters? and 3 years of experience?
