Express entry when can you submit.

Hey everyone I am 2 month away from finishing my required one year work experience for my Canadian experience class qualification.
My current PGWP runs out on Nov 10 .
Can I submit my Express Entry Profile a month before the qualification year is done? I think I have around 476 points. So I should get an invite pretty fast.
I am hopping to get a invite to apply before my current permit is run (NOV 10) out so I can apply for a bridge permit.
I am thinking that the completion of the time is important when I actually file for PR papers since the Express Entry Profile does not ask for any papers.

Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I know, you are not supposed to submit EE profile until you have required qualification. It will ask for your work experience, and you are not supposed to show a future date?
