Express Entry VS Study visa?? Pls pls suggest

I have already applied for EE and created my profile in march 2016. My crs score is 372. To increase my points I was actually planning to study in Canada.
1. Can I apply for study visa (Jan 2017 intake), while being in the EE pool?
2. Are there any chances of my visa getting rejected because of my name is already in the EE pool?
3. My family wants me to get married in December 2016, I am really worried, whether will I be able to go for Jan 2017 intake since post marriage a girl need to get her name changed on all her documents.
Please suggest. I would love to hear for this.

3. Dont change your name, its not mandatory. My wife didnt change name in any of the documents, its a big hassle. At most you can add your spouse name in your passport, but thats also not required. Marriage certificate is enough for the proof, if later you want to add your spouse to EE profile or if he wants to apply for open work permit based on your study permit.

Yes he wants to apply for open work permit. Pls suggest what documentation/formalities I need to do to add his name for open work permit and how long will this procedure take?
