Hey all, I am deciding on something complicated!
I am eligible to apply for the Provincial Nominee program right away because of the degree and having the job in the in-demand job category in the province. I just received the Letter of Advice to Apply a week ago. However, I just found out that Provincial Nominee Program (non-express entry) could take up to 24 months after I apply for the federal government.
I would be eligible to apply for Express Entry after working full-time for 1 year, which would be February 2022; however, I know that it would be faster. Also, If I go for EE, I would like to apply for PNP so that I could get +500 scores. It would take about 4-5 months to receive the letter of advice to apply and then nomination from the provincial government and then EE would take up to around 6 months if I researched right.
I do have my PGWP by Oct 2023 for your information, but I just wanted to choose a faster and more secure way...
What do you think is the smarter choice? Feel free to share with me, please!
