Express Entry Visa

Hi, I recently got an update for my profile which I submitted in Dec 2020 and they had asked me to do a re-medical and PPC . However I'm planning to get married within one month's time and I want to know how it will effect my application and what will happen to my spouse visa incase I get the PR since i applied as an individual. Please advice me on the best course of action in this regard
