Please how true is this and what does it mean because I do not have upto 1year Canadian work experience as I reside and studied in Canada. According to the comprehensive ranking tool, I’m around 359 score. Please I need help

You can't qualify under CEC until you have a full year of work experience in Canada. So at this time you do not qualify.
This was most likely a one time event and it's probably unlikely that something like this will happen again where the score is so low and so many people are accepted.
Once you have a full year of work experience in Canada, you will qualify for selection under CEC provided you have enough points for the draws that are taking place at that time.

You apply for CEC through Express Entry.@scylla now confused. Is there a difference between the CEC and Express entry
