Hello experts!

I am filling up an express entry form. I had applied earlier a year ago and it got expired with my IELTS results. The last time, I went through an agency. This time I am filling up myself. In the form, they ask if I have ever applied the express entry befoe, So I selected yes. Then it asks for UCI number. I have the express entry profile number but in that PDF, it does not give the UCI number. How will get the UCI number?

Also, in that duration, I applied and got accepted for student visa. I have that UCI. Are all UCI associated with a person same? Or do express entry would have a different one?

Thanks in advance!

hi, update, I just checked two of my study permits (one rejected and other one accepted) Both have same UCI numbers. Does CIC give UCI according to passport number or other primary key values? Or for each kind of visa (like study permit, work permit etc) a different UCI is issued for the same person?
Can I use the UCI number in my study permit while I fill up my express entry? Or do I need to have the old express entry UCI number only?

UCI stands for “unique client identifier.” It is also known as a client identification number (client ID). It's one number per person. As far as I know, this number will be the same as long as you're alive. I've seen it on my sister's PR card and citizenship certificate.

I was wondering if I should put my UCI on express entry profile without hyphens, because when I am putting it with hyphens it gives error
