Express Entry//Transcripts Documents//PTU//

Hi all,

I completed my B Tech from PTU & I am looking forward to apply for Express Entry.
I need some information about getting my Education certificates assessed from WES.
I do have sealed envelope of my Transcripts (got from my University).
I have all the documents available, including my Degree and all DMCs.
But I do not have "academic records request form".
I have gone through number of Forums and different Help LINKs.
But still not able to figure it out.

Do I need to include/send "academic records request form" along with the transcripts?

Any kind of help/advice/suggestions regarding the same will be highly appreciated.

You do not require the request form. It is only needed if you are requesting transcripts from your university and they send it to WES directly. So relax and send your documents.

Register with WES, pay the fees, and dispatch your documents. When you visit wes website they have clear instructions on how to go about it. Hard part was getting transcripts rest is easy.

Bro it's simple if you have got the documents from your uni which technically should be filled by you to request the needed docs...So , if you have the docs which means you have requested them by filling out that request form...So, you should include that form which tells WES that you have requested the docs which should be sent along with your docs...Rest make sure by checking your country of education requirement...!!
