Hello everyone,
I have a question about the tie-breaking rule. My CRS score is 517 and I am eligible for the CEC draw. My profile was created on May 17, 2024. Today's Express Entry CEC draw had a cut-off score of 515, and the tie-breaking rule date was February 3, 2024. It's been 6 hours and I still haven't received an invitation. Total 6300 invitations were issued today.
Is this because of the tie-breaking rule? I thought the tie-breaking rule only applies when multiple profiles have the same lower cut-off score. If that's not the case, how long does it usually take to receive an ITA after the round of invitations?
What should I do next?
Any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
