My friend just got an invitation but she got her work permit in the month of March and she counted 1 year experience from March 2017 - March 2018; but she has been working in the same company since December 2016; Now she is confused about what she has to write from December 2016 - Feb 2017 like searching for a job or just put the same employer ?

Why would she lie? If she was working she must state so in the personal history section.
