Hi All! Wondering is someone is facing a similar issue to mine or if anyone has dealt with this before.
I have received my ITA in September 2020. Although I have completed my Biometric and other submissions in due time, I am still yet to receive an update from IRCC. They keep requesting for a Family Information form, which I also submitted multiple times. To add on, I cannot track my application on their website via the "Application Status Tool". Multiple attempts have been made to contact IRCC, however no response.
Really lost and frustrated at this point!
