entry number 517 khrishnawinnie - noc 1114- score 413 - got ITA.
entry number 973 PR- noc 5122 - score 355- got ITA.

My understanding is that lowest score for which CIC sent ITA was 450 as of date. How did these people get ITA? Anybody, any idea?
Is it by chance cause of skill shortage?

Nope cant be. Spreadsheet information could be wrong
