Express Entry Spouse English test required?

Hello,

Please, can someone answer a question I'm about to apply for EE, while i'm submitting my profile through Online Services ( Come to Canada ), I'm selecting Ontario province as most interested.

while going through the questionnaire, I'm getting the below question.

Has your spouse or partner taken an English or French language test? (required)
my answer is: NONE

then I'm getting the below message.

Based on your answers, you do not appear to be eligible for Express Entry

My question is will my wife need to take the English test if I am the principal applicant.

Depends on whether you need her score in order to be eligible under the FSW program.

But I'm not getting any question stating if I need her to be under FSW hence I'm getting to the next step and even if I need her to work there later on she will require FSW application for herself?
