Hey guys,
I just got my ECA today so I decided to apply for Express Entry. As per the CRS calculator, I have 455 points, but after applying through cic, it said my score is 440. I studied the score differences between the 2 scores and apparently cic didn’t count my Canadian education which is 15 points.

My college is a DLI and I’ve stated that I received my certificate. It’s an 8-month program (1 year) and I finished this week in August. Thank you.

Hi, I did the same thing in my profile, I also misunderstood the question. I changed it but it isn't reflecting those 15 points. How much time does it take to reflect

On the CRS calculator, if you refresh the page and restart the process, the points change immediately

Hi everyone,
I opened an express entry profile yesterday and added my one-year Canadian Master's degree which is awarded. I also replied NO to "was this program to study English or french etc..."? , but the 15 points for my Canadian education was not calculated. I waited for 24 hours, but nothing changed. Can anyone help me please?

It's probably too late, but what I guess is you need to delete that entry of study and add a new one.
I did a stupid way. I withdrawn whole application and send a new one cuz I didn't know I can just update file.
At least got that 15 points back

Thank you for your response and no it’s not too late! Can you just explain a little more please? What do you mean by deleting the study entry?

you added the study history period by period right?. i mean like 2012-2013 aa college. 2013 - 2014 b university etc. maybe try deleted the one that's wrong and add a new one.

Well I don’t think I had entered any of them wrong, but what about the order? Should I enter my education history from the oldest to the newest or vice versa? Does that evn matter?
Thank you!

Hey please help if anyone can... i have done 12 from back home and have completed 2 programs here in canada one year each.. what should i select in crs calculator

Yes high school and two programs of 1 year each in duration

So you have high school & two programs of one year so choose one year.
Total 2 year of education here in canada.... 1-1 year separate programs at university
