Hello,
I submitted an express entry profile for a client. I was surprised by the score I got from the system as it was different than my calculation. When I looked into it, I realized the system didn't calculate points for the candidate's Canadian education under Additional points. Any idea on what I have done incorrectly? And how to fix it now? I tried to withdraw the profile and re-create it but I am not able to do that.

Thanks in advance!

Can you tell us your answers for the questions related to your Canadian studies?

Sure! I entered the Canadian education under the study and language section and I entered her start/finish dates, name of college, country/province/City of college, designated learning institution number, and that she received a Canadian diploma of 2 years or more.

I meant these:

1 -Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)
Help

2 - Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?

3 - Did XXX study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada.

Change your answer to "no" for the second question and you'll get your points within 24 hrs.

I just re-read that question and realize what I did wrong. I read it as “was the program offered in English or French”!

Because the question is asking whether half of your courses were ESL or FSL courses (courses for you to learn the English/French language). It is NOT asking whether your courses were taught in those languages.
