Express Entry - Score 390

Hello everyone,
My score in express entry is 390 with the following info, please let me know if this score will entitle me to submit a file for express entry:
IELTS: RWLS 6/7.5/9/8 (As a primary language)
TCF: RWLS 387/9/283/11
Masters degree out of Canada
2-year certificate in Canada
+3Y experience as a Manager out of Canada

I am scheduled for an IELTS test next week, hopefully to achieve higher in Reading. But need to know my chances with the above info.

You can certainly submit an Express Entry profile. However you need a score of 470+ to be selected out of the pool. You'll need to substanially increase your score if you want to be selected through Express Entry directly. Good luck.
