If I understand you correctly, by ROE you are referring to records of employment. Under Express Entry, if you are claiming points for work experience, then you will need to provide reference letter and other supporting documents, if requested. If you do not have ROE from your former employer, then you cannot claim points for that period of employment. To claim points for the current employment, you should have a minimum of one year experience in the same NOC skill type 0, A or B.
