Express Entry request

Hello.
My daughter is in the final stages of her express entry application. She has received a message from the immigration office asking for a copy of her Licenced Practical Nurse Certificate. She has a diploma that was uploaded in another section. She had contacted the BC nurses association where she is registered and they will only send that registration directly. There is no copy for her. So she had uploaded a copy of their reply. Seems strange that they would ask for something that she cannot get a copy of. I am thinking that they are asking for the diploma but they already have that. Can anyone put light on this or have an answer as to what to do. She was given 7 days to reply or her application would go through without it and she may be rejected. We are at 6 days.

How about, if you don't know what they are asking you to upload, can you just ask them that in the upload? Will they answer the question and give you the opportunity to upload again?

It is the area where they ask for certificate of qualification. The only problem is, the BC Nursing site won't send it to the person. It has to be sent to a school or governing body. How do we tell CIC that we need an email address for them to send it to? write a letter and upload it where they are asking? Grateful for any help, please.

If IRCC is asking her to upload a certificate of qualifications, this does not apply to her. Points for certificates of qualification are only awarded for trades (e.g. plumber, electrician). Nursing is not a trade and therefore points cannot be claimed for having a certificate of qualification. Did she mistakenly say "yes" to the question about having a certificate of qualification?

You may want to post the exact message that your daughter has received from IRCC so that we can read it and understand what is being asked.

Thank you for your reply. It is possible that she said yes to that. Someone else has told us to upload the generated report on the BCCN web site. She has to login to get it and it shows her name, that she is authorized to practice, the dates and where she works. Immigration can contact them directly if they want the complete report on her. The letter from immigration says "Please provide a copy of Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate". What do you think?
