Express Entry refused due to the Missing doc to prove work experience

Hey guys,

Today is my bad day, I just got the refusal letter from CIC due to the missing doc to check my Eligibility.
Accurately, I have reach the last step for my application, both my Medical exam and Background Check are passed.

I found a immigration lawyer to help me to upload all the document, and I am really sure that I have give him all the necessary document. But according to CIC refusal letter, they said I only given the Offer of Employment but not the Letter of Employment and Employment Record, so they can not confirm that I really have the work experience that I have claim.

But I truely have all the document and give them to the lawyer, but due to some reasons, they did not upload them for me.
So now, I have to re-apply again!!! which means I just wasted 3 months.

I have already send the CSE with the missing document to request re-consider my case. Since if I do re-apply, I will use exactly document to apply, and all my ME, R10, Criminality and security are done, this will be a big waste of time and resource for both CIC and I.

I really do not know what I should do? Please help

If your lawyer did not upload the documents then you're wasting your time with the CSE.

If this is a mistake from IRCC then yes, it is worth taking a shot and raising a CSE.

Your lawyer is lucky and he just got another candidate today for a rip off !!
Don't waste time, get into the pool again. If you/your legal representative did not submitted a document, don't even consider they will accept appeal (unless your Lawyer advises you to go this route. After all he/she also need a paycheque ! )
Raising CSE could help you waste another 1 - 1.5 months and ultimately you will be entering into the pool again which is a waste of another 1.5 months.

I suggest fire your lawyer, and enter the pool by yourself. You can get all the help you need from this forum. All the best to you.

You can raise a CSE and at the same time create new profile. Dont get your hopes high with the CSE.

BTW how come you never checked the final documents your lawyer prepared for you?
