I am still stuck as lots of people are not clear about this new program.

I want to go for BC pnp Ee and have 2 years experience in home country with eligible IELTS.

There is one option when you create EE profile that "do you have valid job offer" i say yes because as required by BC pnp EE i have valid job offer and i am creating profile for faster processing of BC pnp EE.

So do i need to say no to above question as i dnt have lmia?

The job offer must be with LMIA. Otherwise you have to say no.

Bc pnp EE means no LMIA.. You can refer to bc pnp website

If LMIA is required then how people residing outside canada creating their EE profile?

Maybe I'm missing something but baring a select few programs LMIAs are required for most jobs in Canada regardless of the province. In any event, a valid job offer requires a LMIA. You can create a profile without one but you will not get the 600 points for that. You should click NO for that question and if later ask declare your BC provincial nomination. I'm sure there's a question for that somewhere in the profile

I am creating EE profile for Bc pnp EE and according to that i have valid job offer and its written on BC pnp EE website that i dnt need LMIA.

Even i dnt have LMiA it shows i am ineligible. And i dnt want 600 points straight because for lmia you should have lmia number but with the help of ielts and Eca you can create profil i am applying For Bc pnp EE
