Express Entry query newbie help!!!

Hi Friends,
I am a Delivery Trainee software engineer working for MNC in India from last 1 and half year. I got my IELTS result :
Listening 7.00
Reading 8.00
Speaking 7.00
Writing 6.50
OverAllBandScore 7.00

My CRS score is 380.

I have done B.Sc from Bangalore under autonomous college Mount Carmel college and MCA from MIT Manipal. \
I am yet to get my education assessed.
Plz let me know under which NOC I am applicable 2173 or 2174 as both has s/w developer in their title list. and what all documents should I submit to WES?
