Express Entry & Provincial Nominee Program

Hello All,

I need some help in understanding and getting insight into the two immigration approaches :- Express Entry & Provincial Nominee Program.

Please help and provide clarity on the below points :-

• Does nominating or submitting under Express Entry scheme allow nomination under PNP scheme as well or both the schemes have to be applied seperately
• PNP allows nomination to all provinces or to any specific province
• Is it allowed to apply to more than one province and will it incur separate charges for each nomination
• Can one apply both under Express and PNP at same time
