Express entry program-WES degrees assessment questions

Hello Guys,
I need some information regarding evaluation of my US masters and India Btech degrees. I am confused with this process.
I have a MS degree from USA and a BE degree from India. I have all of the degrees and transcripts with me.Moreover, I am in united states currently.
I was filling online WES assessment form and they asked me to select school and degree information. my bachelors school name is not showing up un drop down or when I type so i selected Punjab technical university instead SBBSIET etc...NOT SURE THAT form really matters or not.

I have some questions-
1. do I need to send both Masters and BTECH degreeS+transcripts to WES?
2.Can I evaluate from New york based WES branch or I have to send them to ontario based location?
3. do you think i should go with regular mail service instead international courier?

2.Can I evaluate from New york based WES branch or I have to send them to ontario based location? IF this for Canada PR, you have to send it to ontario
3. do you think i should go with regular mail service instead international courier? well I would prefer International courier services
