Express entry profile

Hey guys,
I am actually confused with the NOC code since my job title is Dental Assistant / team lead .
So my job duties include management tasks along with clinical assisting , which is a hybrid as a dental assistant / Team lead.
The dental assistant is under NOC C - 2011 but my managerial duties is under NOC 0, which is quite confusing to pick the code for my express entry profile.
I’d really appreciate some help in figuring out the correct NOC Code.

Your job description needs to match around 70% of the duties listed in the NOC. Title doesn't matter.
