Express entry profile

Hi,
I have one year experience in Canada and one year outside Canada.
I have bachelor's degree and have studied in Canada also.
I tried the CRS tool to calculate my point under express entry. When I add my spouse to my profile the points decreases.
My question is can I create two profiles, one with spouse coming to Canada and another not coming to Canada?

No. You can't have two profile. You need to include your spouse

How low is your score when you combine your spouse? I mean the last draw today was 434, there is even possibility it will keep decreasing, you never know

Without giving my spouse details my score is 434 too, which happens to be today's cut-off but you should give your spouse details.
