In my OINP application, I included a work experience that was challenging to obtain a reference letter for. Despite providing all other required documents and a Letter of Explanation (LOE), I now question whether I should remove this work experience from my Express Entry profile. I lack a reference letter for it, and the company is unwilling to provide one. However, I have my current work experience that fulfills the requirements, and I possess all necessary documentation for it. Would removing the former work experience from my express entry profile, despite its inclusion in my OINP application, pose any issues? Your guidance would be appreciated.
