Requesting your help to clarify a doubt. I recently created a profile for EE and submitted and then withdrew as I had to make changes. I'm now creating a new profile and it asks "Have you applied for EE before" and if so the file number.
Should I select "YES" and give my application number or should I give "NO" as I did withdrew my application moments after I had submitted?
