Guys, if an applicant meets the complete eligibility criteria and has entered the EE pool with a CRS score of more than 415.

Then what could be the reason of delay in getting or not getting NOI or ITA ? The applicant is also active in Job Bank.

Could NOC code be the reason? NOC code is 1123.

Please share your valuable guidance.

You need to wait for the next draw which tends to happen biweekly.

The applicant entered the pool on April 30th and I think there was a draw yesterday (May 1st) for OINP Masters Program.
Shouldn't he have been eligible to get NOI under this program ?

If your profile is active and entered after the cut-off then no matter what CRS score you have, you don't have any option other than waiting for your turn. The system will look for those profiles which are active and meet the cut-off score at that time of cut-off and to those cases only ITA mails will be triggered accordingly.

Hope it clarifies your query.

those are 2 separate things

I don't mind waiting unless I am sure that my profile is upto the mark and WILL receive an ITA / NOI.
Would need to know if there is something lacking that I can improve on and reduce the wait time.

Oh, I thought an applicant can recieve nomination under the Masters Program too, if he/she qualifies.
