Express Entry Profile submission issue : urgent help and advice needed please

After completing the eligibility assessment, I submitted my Express Entry profile, with the unique code generated to create my EE profile. Upon submission, it says Profile ineligible with a score of zero. It has happened twice with a gap of 2 weeks; my submission was ineligible. Any advice in this regard is much appreciated.

My background:
Age: 40
MS from US University (Education evaluation completed)
MBA in Canada (BC) (Approved DLI)
CELPIP Scores : Listening: 7 - Reading: 9 - Writing: 8 - Speaking: 8
Having 15+Yrs IT experience (10+ US)
Currently working in Canada on an open work permit(PGWP) for an Alberta employer.

Do you 67 points to be eligible for Express Entry? If so you are answering a question wrong.
