Express Entry Profile - Status Transmitted and Locked

Please can someone advise on what to do. I have received an ITA but I would like to change a section of my express entry profile. I initially stated that I have a relative in Canada (my uncle), which is true, under the "Relative in Canada section. However, I thought the documents needed to proof this might be a bit difficult to get more so, no points was awarded for this so I might as well just remove this and change to "No". But I am unable to as profile information shows transmitted and locked. Please how can I go about changing this section.

You cannot change your express entry profile once you have received an ITA.

You can however change most of the information in the questionnaire for the proper application. I can't remember if this extends to relatives in Canada though.
