Express Entry Profile status NOT ELIGIBLE! again and again. Please help

When I complete all details my Profile shows ineligible. What could be the reason? I tried 3 times. Please help me out. Below are the details.

Gender: Male; Single

Immigration program (FSW, CEC, FST): FSW
LMIA-approved job offer (Yes / No): No

Language test taken (for IELTS general): General
Date of language test results: 24-Nov-2017
Score Listening: 7
Score Reading: 6.5
Score Writing: 6.5
Score Speaking: 7

Proof of funds (C$): 20000 (according to the CIC website, $12,300 is enough for one, so I put a bit more)
# of family members (you + spouse + kids): 1 (just me)

Give it some time. Create your profile and leave it for few hours or a day. Sometimes, the details are not reflected properly due to server issues. I faced similar issue which resulted of me missing one crucial draw although I was able to get in couple of months later.

If you still face issue, then raise a CSR.

I had this same issue.
Enter your bachelor's degree as well but if you didn't evaluate that you'll need to indicate it wasn't evaluated
Let me know how that goes. try sort it out in time for today's draw
