Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong?

I'm 24 years old, single and I have 3 years of experience as TEER 1 worker(software engineer)
Got CLB of 10 in listening and reading and a CLB of 7 in speaking and writing.
I also have a WES bachelor's degree equivalency.

I don't know what am I missing, is there any point to improve or just the years of experience?
I do send my resume via job bank, but it does require a IRCC to enable companies to search for me.

If you don’t have Canadian experience then do you have a minimum of 67 selection points to submit a profile. Learn French to improve score. You will not get calls from employers. The IT industry is poor in Canada so competing against Canadians with years of exprience, Canadian education and maybe Masters too.
