I have some questions how to fulfill my EE profile correctly.
1) In immigration and citizenship area there is question "Did you apply to IRCC before?"
Should I answer "yes" If I have been rejected visitor visa ?
2)I have gained Bachelor's (4 years) and Master's (1 year) degrees in one specialization. I have got evaluated them both by WES. Should I write only Master's degree and write there "1 academic year completed" or i should write them both separately? I hesitate If I write them both separately the system might generate them like 2 higher education but it is in exactly one specialization and I m afraid of mispresentation.
