Hi everyone, my case is i’m holding a PGWP. I have been working under same employer for more than a year with a title of Food Service supervisor. I am confused about 2 different sections‘ questions which are ”Intended Work in Canada” and ”Work History”.
Because I have been working for same employer for more than one year, and they provided me something called Employment letter which includes company letter head, my name, my title, duties, salary and date started on it. Is it same as Job Letter as mentioned on official cic website?
Another question is ”Is (my name)’s job offer from the employer named on the current work permit => my answer is NO
Then, they asked “Has (my name) been working full-time for the employer on their CURRENT WORK PERMIT for at least on year? => My answer is YES because i have been working for the same employer more than a year but they are not on my current work permit because mine is PGWP.
I am really confused these two questions under “Intended work in Canada”, and they also ask similiar questions under Work History sections as well. Could anyone help me to figure it out that what i am supposed to answer these questions please? I am really thankful for your help TT.TT
