I have a query regarding Express Entry profile.My consultant created Express Entry profile.I am not satisfied with the service of my consultant as they hide everything from us.I have my Express Entry Number and email on the hard copy they provided me but I don't have password and they refused to give me. Now I want to change my consultant.Please guide me what should I do.

I have EE Profile Number and email address only but my consultant refused to give me password of Email and EE Profile.How can I get password then.I mean My consultant created a new email for their use only, didn't share with me.Does the link help me to get password ? What should I do?
