I have the same problem. i think if you get promoted and/or get another job tittle within that 1 year of experience it counts as 0. it has to be one FULL YEAR in the SAME position? is that your case? or is more than one position in one year?

I had to delete my profile, create a new GCKey and recreate the whole thing.
this time i cross checked every bit of information. now its showing a bit correct, still need to work on it tho!
its all based on what we choose and type eh!

SO strange if you are promoted within the company they give you 0 points
