Hi

My Express Entry Profile was eligible and active till 19th May 2016, but on 19th it became ineligible with the messages, Below are the possible reasons in the message. I have no idea why they made my profile ineligible as it was eligible for long time. I have already applied for SINP under Express Entry category. If my express entry profile remains ineligible, then surely SINP will reject me. Please advice what can I do make it eligible again.

• not having a valid language test
• language test results that are more than two years old
• a language test score that is too low
• not having enough relevant work experience
• not having the required education level
• not having enough funds

But, all the above criteria were satisfied in my profile. Please find my below details.

Kindly advice what should I do to make my profile eligible again. PLEASE HELP

Hi,
Once ineligible you need to create a new profile! Nothing else can be done

Improve your IELTS Score ::)

If you correctly provided them with your information
and your profile became ineligible, then you are ineligible.

Only you know where you have made your mistake OR be ineligible.

Looks like your language test OR education history is the problem?

CRS Score before the application became ineligible -> 370
Profile Active till -> 19th May 2016
The score is too low for EE rounds during the period of January to May 2016.

language test results that are more than two years old
Take IELTS test again.

I would not even create a new profile if my score is lower than 450.

Based on all the information you have provided and the fact that you received an ITA from SINP, it sounds like a technical glitch. I've read in this forum that loads of people faced this on June 3. I am assuming your profile has already been fixed, but if not, then raise a request to the technical team inquiring about the glitch through your CIC profile. Your EE profile should stay valid for one full year before it is taken out of the pool. The only other scenario I can think of is if SINP informed CIC that your profile was ineligible.
