Express entry profile invalid after 3 months

I applied for EE on 5 Feb, 2018 with CRS 438 $ After that I got Ontario NOI and applied to OINP. Current status of OINP is Decision In Progress. Now on 1 June, 2018 I received a message in my account that my profile is inelgible to be in pool. No reason is stated. And information is up to date. I checked Come to Canada Tool and it says I am eligible. What do I do. How do I contact the CIC. I even dont have my client id as now the portal doesnot show it
