I had applied for express entry in Ontario region and below are my profile details

Education : Post graduate degree, verified by WES
Work experience: 7 years (work profile not regulated, so i do not need to get any special permission)
IELTS score - (Listening- 7.5, reading 9, writing 8, speaking 7.5)

I will be accompanied by my spouse. However, we haven't got his education evaluation done, nor has he appeared for IELTS as yet.

I did checked with the 'Come to Canada' online tool before filling up the form and it showed that I was eligible to apply.

Not sure why the status of my application shows that I do not meet the minimum entry criteria. with the following details:
Federal Skilled Worker Not Met
Provincial Nominee Program Not Met
Canadian Experience Class Not Met
Federal Skilled Trades Not Met

Suggest you to use official CIC calculator and check score. Age also matters and so does spouse education and language skills.

Thanks!
I just checked my score using the CIC calculator, its 389/1200.
Does that make it ineligible for the pool? what is the minimum eligibility score?

No, there's no minimum score.
There are a number of reasons why your profile could be ineligible. Suggest you do a search in the forum. This question has been answered a thousand times before.

You probably answered that you have less than the minimum funds required to immigrate. Check it here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/become-candidate/eligibility/proof-funds.html

Anyway, with your IELTS score, you honestly don't have a chance of being invited. You need at least 8 on listening and 7 on all the others to get a good CRS.

How much funds did you declare that you'll be bringing to Canada?

Also, check your NOC under which you are applying. It should be skill 0, A or B.

Thirdly, check you have selected "Degree Awarded" option in the educational details section.

P.S. If you would have scored 8 in Listening in IELTS, your CRS would have increased by a lot. So take IELTS again you'll have better chances.
