Express Entry Profile Inelgible

Hi,

I have Express entry filled last year. I tried to update the Passport information yesterday and now it becomes ineligible. I am not able to figure out why it is Ineligible, Any suggestion is welcome what i am doing wrong. Below are the details

Age 32
Qualification: Master + Bachelors
WES access - Yes (August 2015)
IELTS: 7,7,7,7.7 (Dec -2015)
Work Ex: 3.6 Years
Occupation Level: B
Funds: 15000
Never Married

I even try putting 18000, but still coming ineligible.

I even created the dummy profile to check with much higher IELTS, but still ineligible :'(
