Express Entry Profile Formation

Hello there,

I am three weeks away from getting my IELTS results and soon after I will be making my express entry profile. My questions are -

1. What documents I will be requiring at that time.
2. Do at stage itself I need to upload any documents or do that step comes only after receiving ITA.
3. I am working as CEO of an internet media company (family business). My company specializes in advertising, marketing and editorial. So which NOC makes more sense. Please help me in searching and selecting the right one.
4. My WES ECA report will be with me by tomorrow.
5. Any other thing to take care of.
