Express entry profile + CRS tool points mismatch

Hello All,

I have a huge difference in my express entry profile points and CRS tool.

CRS tools calculates to : 428
Express entry real profile: 396

Can someone please let me know if CIC CRS tool is reliable? Should i recreate profile?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
